When will I receive my product?
All our product orders take 3 to 5 business days to be delivered, and you will receive emails about their status every time a significant change occurs.
Can I reschedule a service?
You can reschedule your service up to 24 hours before its original schedule without penalties. For changes in services scheduled in the next 24 hours, a one-hour service charge will occur.
How can I reschedule a service?
You can call us, email us or fill the contact form, confirming your order number and the date and time you want to reschedule your service. Our team will contact you back to confirm your service has been rescheduled.
What is my order number?
Once you complete your transaction, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number in the top right corner. This number can help you track, edit or cancel your order.
